Fitzpatrick Referrals and AURA Veterinary are opening two ECVS residency positions, starting in July 2025.
The three-year standard residency programme involves balanced rotations between the two hospitals, both of which are located in Surrey. Both hospitals are world-renowned with high case-loads of both routine and complex cases and first-class facilities. The successful applicants will be trained by and work alongside ECVS, ACVS, ECVN, ACVIM, ECVIM, ECVAA, ECVSMR, ACVSMR and RCVS Diplomates. You will partake in both small animal surgery referral services, including contributing to the out-of-hours emergency service.
Applicants must have completed at least one rotating internship or equivalent, have no restrictions on employment in the United Kingdom and be eligible to be a member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Clinical experience in first-opinion practice is desirable. Excellent command of the English language is mandatory.
